Chanel screen

ENERPEC offers channel screens for pulp and paper mills. Regardless of your application, we will be able to develop a solution for it. These channel screens come custom made, with the screening element being built according to flow and separation rate needs. Our channel screen is equipped with a stainless steel reverse screen which has a better screening ability and a bigger inlet flow area than the commune perforated plate. The self cleaning system makes sure that all the dusts and heavy solids captured in the screen are removed up through the conveying tube to be rinsed, when they become dray, they are discharged down through an outlet dust panel. All routine maintenance can be performed above ground level and the stepped panels can be easily individually replaced.

Drum rotating filter

ENERPEC Drum rotating filter is an industrial water pre-treatment equipment in the process of removing solid-liquid waste through a filter drum formed by a wire wrapped screen depending on the type and amount of solids being treated. The dirty water comes from the inlet flange uniformly distributed by a stainless steel sheet preventing the water from hitting directly the drum and making the flow unidirectional. The dust is trapped in the screen periphery while the clean water is canalized in a tank to be evacuated later. At the same time, the blade snatches remain out of the screen and let them fall down, and the high pressure water ejector into the drum screen will prevent the thin papers and rests in general from sticking at its surface.

Sand separator

The grit separator is designed to concentrate the solid materials contained in the water coming for example from the collecting sump of a sedimentation tank. The grit separator consists of an inclined metal spiral, where the material to be cleaned arrives through a feeding hopper. Typically, the water containing solid particles to be separated is introduced into the hopper by one or more extraction pumps that operate at interval suitable for the amounts of solids to be removed. In that case, the grit separator is synchronized with the feeding pumps. As the solids are conveyed by the screw upwards, water flows away. Once the screw length has been covered, the concentrated solids are discharged to a container for future disposal. The grit separator can operate both in manual and/or automatic mode, through control from the electrical panel according to the operating needs.

Catalyst support

Catalyst support is an assembly of circular arc segments with a high surface area were Catalyst will be settled down. It will allow the chemical reaction to be achieved in a safety environment. Industrials have been using perforated sheet sectors as a solution, but it does require a lot of machining and have a short life time. That’s why ENERPEC has evolved a new design based on reverse wire wrapped screen. It offers a larger open area and a longer life time due to its shape which gives to it a better resistance than the conventional catalyst support.
